
Meg is the co-founder and Executive Director of Launchpad. Her passion for supporting the DIY Music Scene and “all ages venues” inspired her to create the DIY performance space Central Gallery; the All Roads Music Festival; and the Bangor Arts Exchange. She previously served as the Lead Talent Buyer for Port City Music Hall in Portland, ME. In 2014, Maine Magazine named Meg one of 50 people helping to shape the state of Maine; the youngest acknowledged at just 30 years old.

Sadie Webb started at Launchpad 2 years ago with a heavy interest in the live music scene Bangor Arts Exchange had to offer. Alongside her professional roles in several different arts organizations in Bangor, she is currently working on her own music career under the alias ``streya``.

Suzy's passion for local music and art grew after discovering The Central Gallery, one of Launchpad's first projects. She has been a member of our team since 2019, working as a Project Manager, Food and Beverage manager, and Administrator. Suzy also expresses herself through art, hiking, and bartending.

Hannah Goodine is a live sound engineer and a student at Husson University’s New England School of Communications. She specializes in sound system measurement, analysis, and optimization, and is equally at home mixing FOH and monitors. Hannah was the first Smaart end user to obtain the Rational Acoustics Smaart Operator Level 1 certification and has co-written an article for Live Sound International magazine in addition to appearing as a guest on the ProSoundWeb Signal to Noise podcast.
