Launchpad Staff
Box Office & Membership Manager (includes Bangor Arts Exchange) (part-time • $15.00/hr)
The Box Office & Memberships Manager is responsible for ticketing, box office, subscriptions and other duties relating to Launchpad events and programs (including the Bangor Arts Exchange). This includes overseeing Membership, event ticketing creation and maintenance, establishing protocols for box office staff, communicating with ticket holders, and maintaining physical box office materials as required. Food & Beverage Manager (part-time • $13/hr)
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for all concessions, bar service and food service, for all Launchpad events, performances and programs. This includes overseeing ordering, staff policies, and bar operations at the Bangor Arts Exchange, as well as the All Roads Music Festival. Bangor Arts Exchange - Event Staff
House Manager / Event Manager (part time • starting @ $14/hr )
Event Managers are responsible for assisting the Managing Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the space, assisting with after-hours events and coordination of musicians, artists, and rentals. Bartenders & Servers oversee bar operations for performances and events at BAE, including opening & closing the bar, and serving guests.
